I met this Brooklyn-based furniture maker at a Flea Market on 5th and Lombard (in Philly) and immediately fell in love with her style. She achieves an original, thrifted look without looking too Urban Outfitters, which is an art in present-day dressing. Congratulations, love!

Another New Yorker, photographed in the spring. The pink barrette caught my eye. Love the shorts, tights and cardigan combination - makes for great layering on sunny, but cool days.

Met him on Bleecker Street in New York - his stature caught my eye. But I appreciate the blazer and bow tie being paired with a pair of straight leg jeans. He’s basically casually dressed up, if that makes any sense. The hat completes the look, accents his face and his head. And then he’s smoking a Black and Mild!  I love it

Met him in Williamsburg (Brooklyn). His hat caught my eye. Like how he layers the trench and blazer, making an effort to keep warm and look cool…

My friend Emma, on a Brooklyn subway platform, before our trip to the Brooklyn Museum and the Grits and Biscuits show. Absolutely luved her black, white and khaki color combo and the uniquity of each piece. The trench, leather pants, scarf, cat eye glasses and chuck taylors don’t “go” together but definitely have a relationship!!!!!!!! It just works…
